Someone who is 30 pounds overweight needs to visualize himself as a thinner, more fit person. And over time he naturally becomes that very person. The second he thinks of himself and visualizes himself as an overweight person, he will be. Your mind is only capable of honesty—whatever you feed it, becomes.
